ACB Replacement & Retrofitting Works

Supplying, retrofitting, installation & testing of New 800A 4P 50KA MDO ACB in place of existing 800A ACB in the existing Incomer Cubicle. Rettrofitting of the ACB along with supply, fixing & commissioning is in scope of entrusted supplier/contractor for one to one replacement with existing Circuit Breaker. The Contractor/ Supplier should have authorization from the OEM/manufacturer of related switchgear items & also produce Test Certificate from OEM.

New Incomer Details :-

i) SITC of 415 V, 800A, 50 kA 4(four) pole Manually draw- out type A.C.B. with Microprocessor-based protection release. (Make – L & T, Cat no.- SL96062 or equivalent model of Siemens / Legrand) ------1 no.

Metering Panel :-

b) S & F LED VAF + PF Meters, Accuracy Class 0.5 (Make L& T, Cat no.-WL411020OOOO or equivalent model of Siemens / Legrand) - 1 No.

c) S & F 1 phase LED Ammeter, Accuracy Class 0.5 [L&T cat no.-WL111010OOOO or equivalent model of Siemens / ABB) ---3 Nos.

e) S & F Indicating LED Lamp with colour glasses showing (Red/Yellow/Blue/Green) (Make- Siemens, Cat No.- 3SB5285-6HC03, 3SB5285-6HD03, 3SB5285-6HF03 or equivalent model of L&T / ABB) - 30 Set.

Disconnection & dismantling existing old Electrical installation, wiring, etc with owns tools & takles incl. mending good damages and clearing/removing from the site as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per following rating (Make: Siemens/ L&T as approved by E.I.C) [D-3/4(a)]

Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment
