Existing switch boards removal Removal of existing switchboards from designated areas as per site requirements. All dismantling will be carried out safely by qualified personnel, ensuring protection of walls and other finishes complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Work – Detailed The work shall include thorough scraping and removal of existing loose, flaking, blistered and deteriorated paint, including removal of damaged and peeled-off surface finish up to the existing plaster level. Damaged plastered surface patches shall be repaired with cement mortar in the proportion of 1:4. Patch plaster repairs up to an area of 0.10 sqm shall not be measured or paid separately. All surface imperfections such as dents, cracks and undulations shall be filled using approved acrylic filler / Birla Wall Care Putty / gypsum crack filler along with binder. Two coats of Birla Wall Care Putty shall be applied on exposed plastered surfaces, followed by application of approved acrylic putty over the entire surface to achieve a smooth, even and dent-free finish.Surface preparation shall include rubbing with emery paper, dusting, cleaning and application of one coat of suitable primer as recommended by the manufacturer. Thereafter, primer/undercoat shall be applied strictly as per the manufacturer’s specifications.Providing and applying three or more coats (minimum two undercoats and one finishing coat) of Luxury Royal Touch Paint of approved shade and colour, of Asian Paints / Nerolac / ICI Dulux on walls, ceilings and curved surfaces, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labour, surface preparation, primer, scaffolding/staging and all incidentals required to complete the work. The final coat shall be finished with a roller to the desired level of smoothness and fineness, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
