Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required density.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Paving the floor with Stain free nano polish vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm Tk and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per the colour & quality of tiles should be got approved.
