Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floor finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured/Grey Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified (heavy duty) paving tiles 30cm x 30cm x 10 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks any shape and size fixed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling as cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and to be finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new surfaces including priming plastered and other surfaces with priming paint and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles laid beded and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Granite 18 to 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for wall cladding tile n.exc 0.10 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick of any colour and pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on wall in cement mortar 1:4 and surface finished even and fair (including dismantling of exist tiling) complete all as specified.

S&F in repair of 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I(2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of Puff tank 500 ltrs capacity insulated cylindrical vertical type double layer duly filled with glass wool with closed top hoisted and to resist in temperature between -30 degree to +35 degree celcius fixed in position with all fittings complete all as specified .

S&F in repair of 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I(2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300x200x7mm thick over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pits, manholes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm as in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item Ser No. 26.00 above but 100mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Concrete bed 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipes incl packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested bore of pipe in 150mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per item Ser No. 28.00 above but 100/110mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches/walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and laying 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&Fin repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&Fin repair 150mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
