PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHTS (QTY-06) WITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO DG SETs BY REPLACING EXISTING SYSTEM WITH RETROFIT EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES AT AFAC COIMBATORE

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cables or for locating fault in cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including removing vegetation roots, sieving, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 23 cm (15 Cm + 18 CM) thickness for cable cushioning and consolidated upto 08 CM with the soil excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Consolidated thickness shall be measured and paid.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid well burnt old size bricks sub-class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection, brick shall be laid dry flat as width of brick eqals to the length of cable and the gap between adjacent brick shall not exceeded 10 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 core x 16 Sqmm including making connection by using necessary thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for installation of high galvanized mast light 15 Meter Hight suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19, guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light,timer , contractor for auto switch on-off , lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as per height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: The scope of work includes necessary excavation / submission of RCC foundation drg as recommended by manufacturer and approved by Engr-in-Charge and all other connecting wire from control panel to LED flood light deemed to be included in quoted rate Make : Bajaj Crompton and equivalent makes.

Supply and fix LED flood light 100 watt 230 volts, AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with Robust heat sink ,driver and lamp with surge protector complete. Make-Havells Cat Part No- HEECNP7PB7J100 or equivalent.

M&L for GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade with all fittings for cable protection laid under road/path/hard standing or fixed with wall/pole etc complete.

M&L for cutting of existing bituminous road/path/hard standing suitable for laying cable protection pipe 50 mm dia under the road/path/hard satnding at a depth not less than 60 cm below the normal ground level, returning filling soil and making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hardstanding by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.30 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , galvanised iron strip 32 x6 mm as earthing lead connectd to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron, thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 40mm bore and 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC Chamber in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 & RCC cover in M-20 (Design mix ) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR ( Part-I) of 2009. (i) The unit rate includes earthing strip, and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre.

Supply, Install, test and commissioning Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) having type approval certificate from Govt of India authororized testing agency and meeting all emission parameters specified as per CPCB-II norms for 100KVA Generator set

Supply, Install, test and commissioning Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) having type approval certificate from Govt of India authororized testing agency and meeting all emission parameters specified as per CPCB-II norms for 500KVA Generator set

Note :- Cost includes testing charges prior to and after installing RECD on Genset. PCC foundation and MS angle structural support and other minor components as may be found necessary for the work.
