Civil work maintenance of 1130 HIG and 728 EWS (Multi-storeyed) DDA flats at Sec-19B, Dwarka Ph-II. HS-2023.

Deployment of Environment Assistant (From 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) for cleaning, sweeping and mopping of common area viz. all stairs, lift lobby, corridors, garbage room, entrance/ exits of building, terrace, stilt area, gully trap/inspection chamber, upper and lower basement and all internal roads of pocket, Guard Room, all gates, community hall, all toilets, glazed tiles, urinals, W.C. seats, wash basins, mirrors, fixtures of door, window & ventilators, etc. to keep every area neat and clean, useable and intact and in addition to this collection and dumping of MSW garbage from the complex/housing pocket to the nearest MCD dumping ground or dust bin etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of broom, microfiber wiper, phenyle, harpic, nepthalene balls, toilet brush, handwash, duster cloth etc. and other requirements including dumping of garbage waste all included in item, nothing extra shall be paid).

Disposal of building rubbish/ Malba/ C&D waste / similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical / manual means, including loading, transporting, unloading to nearest C&D waste processing plant or as approved by the engineer-in-charge beyond 50 m initial lead for all leads including all lifts involved. (The C&D waste processing charges shall be refunded after submitting the invoices of the same separately).

Desilting of S.W. drains and all sizes chamber by removing of covers and placing in position all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of underground tank, overhead RCC tank (independent staging) including disposal of silt and rubbish, all as per direction of engineer-in-charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations: (1) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the tank shall be scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removed from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Terms &Conditions: 1. Sweeping shall be done daily or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. The urinal, water closet, wash basin, toilest and looking mirror shall be cleaned daily with approved cleaning agent of standard quality as per requirement and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 3. Liquid phenyl/Harpic or as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used for cleaning of toilets. 4. The agency shall arrange labour for daily cleaning of the entire area. In case the contractor fails to clean the area neatly daily Rs. 4000/- (Rs. Four thousand only) per day per location shall be deducted on this account. 5. Swept material/ waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the approved dustbin of MCD/DDA. 6. The agency shall also remove checkage from the outlets of urinals, toilets, chocked line, Gully Trap/Inspection Chamber if any, on priority. 7. Rate against item No 1 is inclusive of all T & P such as broom, microfiber wiper, phenyl, Harpic, naphthalene balls, toilet brush, handwash, duster cloth, green area cleaning/dressing/maintaining tools, etc. 8. If any challan is received to this office on any day by NGT/DPCC/CPCB/ Local Authority or any Govt. Agency, same shall be borne by the agency and fails, the number of challan shall be recovered from the bill of the agency. Nothing extra shall be paid to agency on this account. 9. Water shall be arranged by the agency for the work. Nothing extra shall be paid to agency on this account. 10. Alternative arrangements shall be made by the agency at his own cost in case of environment assistant falling sick or found absent from duty. In case of non-compliance on this account a fine of Rs. 2500/- (Rs. Two Five Hundred only) per Environment Assistant per day shall be imposed by the department & shall be recovered from the bill. 11. For Item No. 2, the additional charges towards C & D waste recycling shall be reimbursed by the department on submission of original/ approved receipts issued by an authorized C & D waste recycling plant, duly submitted by the agency.

Amount after applying 0.973 Multiplying Factor due to decrease in GST Rate i.e. on Rs. 1,41,68,771.00
