Providing and laying mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cment:five sand :ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size ) and curing complete including cost of form work with M.S. plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water compelete for all heights and depths. Providing weep holes in brick/stone masonry/ plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls, retaining walls and breast wall with 110mm( one hundred ten millimeter) dia PVC pipe De-plast/finolex/ vectus pipe having pressure 4kg.per centimeter square. Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures and graded and compact to meet requirement including setting out, true to the lines, grades, width and side slopes in accordance with drawing including spreading the embankment material with mortar grader in sucessive layers of in layer 200mm (two hundred millimeter) uniform thickness and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10(eight to ten) tonne static weight to meet requirement of tables 300.1 (three hundred point one) as per MORD Technical Specification section 300 & 1600 (three hundred and sixteen hundred) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-I on prepared surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . 2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 3 cum of stone chippings 10 mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min. 65% bitumen contents) complying with IS : 8887, using 96 kg per cum of chippings of road surface, including consolidation with road roller etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge, including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
