Taking down the defective ceiling fan of any size (600/1200/1400 mm) sweep any make after disconnecting electrically & mechanically incl transportation, dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site after Servicing/repairing the ceiling fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing/Bush,checking serviceability of downroad, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease including one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value,re-assembling, testing and refixing back to the site in all respect, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note - Note “ Spares required for Replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in respective items".

Supply only Ball-bearings/bush for ceiling fan of (1200/1400 mm) sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Re-winding the burnt/short circuited winding for ceiling fan of (1200/1400 mm) sweep with same guage super enameled copper wire to maintain speed at load., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only capacitor from 2.15 to 3.15 mfd capacity for (600/1200/1400) mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only body of ceiling fan of suitable for (1200/1400mm) sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repairs stepped type electronic fan regulator 240 V 50 HZ,100 Watts flush type (ISI marked) on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down the repairable exhaust fan of any size(300 / 450 mm) any make, single phase, 230 volts, 50 hz, AC after disconnecting electrically and mechanically incl transportation, dismantling, examine & carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site after Servicing/repairing the exhaust fan by thoroughly cleaning the bearing/Bush, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant / grease including one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value,re-assembling, testing and refixing back to the site in all respect .Note - Note “ Spares required for Replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in respective items"

S&F in repairs Iron blade of Exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in reapirs Iron blade of Exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repairs louvers of appropriate size for exhaust fan of (300 / 450 mm) sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repairs fasteners of appropriate size for exhaust fan of (300/450mm )sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repairs nut/bolts of appropriate size for fixing loose exhaust fan of (300 / 450 mm) sweep.

Supply & fix in repairs fresh air fans of size 200mm sweep of desired specifications(ISI marked) for its smooth running at air flow load, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Desert cooler Taking down of Desert cooler for Repairs / Servicing (3000/4000) CFM air flow capacity single phase 230 Volts of any make after disconnecting electric/water connection drain out water and carry out minor repair work such as repairing of internal worn out wires, and for replacement of unserviceable parts such as Motor, Fan blade, Lead wire and including provn of preparing the steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, the make of paint shall be Asian paint/Berger paint, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note : (i) “ Spares required for Replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only in respective items" (ii) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed includes the cost of painting.

Supply only desert cooler body (overall minimum size 26 inch x 26 inch x 39 inch) made out of 20 gauge galvanised sheet, depth of water tank shall be 11 inch (minimum) and Spray painting to external surfaces of cooler and anticrosive rubber paint to internal surface of water tank portion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only Flexible Core PVC insulated with stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm 3 core 600/1100 V, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Make : Finolex,Havells or equivalent as per PS.
