SCHEDULE `A' PART - XI (MISC ITEMS)

External Water Supply

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set for head of 50m and discharge capacity of 450 LPM, 7.5HP, 3 Phase, 415 V electric driven 3000 rpm, horizontal suction, cast iron body with steel shaft including foundation as per the OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay GI pipe "Medium Grade" 65mm dia including all fittings complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (from existing sump to proposed sump)

S&F 80mm dia footvalve, Cast Iron conforming to IS 4038 including suitable flanges, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 80mm dia sluice valve , cast iron,screwed down high pressure with crutch and butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed with suitables reducers complete all as specified and directed

S&F 65mm dia sluice valve , cast iron,screwed down high pressure with crutch and butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed with suitables reducers complete all as specified and directed

Earthwork and Land Development

Supply only white moorum/approved earth obtained from location at Hutbay with a lead of 15kms to 25kms from Hutbay Jetty and transporting the same to CG land at Panchu Tikrey and Vijay Nagar OTM complex and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

External Electrification

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of CPRI approved indoor cubical type floor/wall mounted LT panel dust and vermin proof,IP-54 protection, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet. The Panel shall be suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, 440V 50Hz bus bar of suitable size duly prewired for MCCBs and single core PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of suitable size comprising of following items :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 40 Amps, 415V of breaking capacity 25kA- 01 No (b) MCCB TP 25 Amps, 415V of breaking capacity 16kA- 02 Nos (c) MCB SPN 20 Amps 230V 10 kA - 1 No (Contd..../-)

(d) RYB Panel Indicators - 3 Nos (e) Digital Multifunction Meter - 1 No (f) S&F 7.5 HP motor starters - 02 Nos
