REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MISC FURNITURE ARTICLES OF OTM ACCN UNDER GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

BED PLY TOP (Drg No FD-246 & 247) Removing of old unserviseable plywood top from Bed ply top and S&F new top of same size of 12mm thick ply wood (ISI marked), BWR (IS:303) grade of appropriate size with screws complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of plywood :- Greenply Archid ply/Century Ply/Kit Ply).

Removal of old unserviceable long rail from bed and S&F new long rail with rounded edges of size 1980 mm x 90mm x 35 mm of hard wood teak and fixing the same as shown on drawing including one coat of french polish after preparing the surface by sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge/GE.

All as per srl item No. 1.01 here-in-before but short rail of size 60mm x 60mm of suitable length.

Removing of old unserviceable ply wood from the existing head rest of Bed ply top and S & F new OSTF plywood 04mm thick ISI marked, BWR (IS:303) grade to both sides of head rest including 04mm thick teak wood beading all around as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails including french polishing to ply & beading complete. (Make of plywood :- Greenply/Archid ply/Century Ply/Kit Ply).

All as per srl item No 1.04 here-in-before but foot rest.

Removing of old unserviceable head rest from bed ply top and S&F new head rest made out of Ist class hard wood including provision of 04 mm thick one side teak faced plywood and teak wood beading 04 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails duly french polished with both side MNF arrangement and fixing the same.

All as per srl item No 1.06 here-in-before but foot rest.

Repair, minor work like broken/ loose joints of Bed hard ply top.

BIN LINEN MULTIPURPOSE (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/09) Removing of old unserviceable top from bin linen multipurpose and supply and fixing new top made out of 18 mm thick BWR (IS:303) plywood with both side lamination with colour / shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge / GE.
