M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including preparing old plaster surfaces filling of holes with putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over applying a coat of wall care putty on walls 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster, in cement mortar 1:6, over brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-1975 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for,15 mm thick plaster, in cement mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note:-Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M & L 10mm thick rendering in ceilings in CM(1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces including chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes/tiling work and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L forGlazed ceramic tiles, 300/350 x 450 x 7mm thick, glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved colour, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 20 mm thick (of any type ) (table runned and polished ) in floors steps , jamns, pillars,window-cills,cooking plateforms and vertical surfaces bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white ciment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning &removal all scales & dirt etc, from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipe etc exc 500 but n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Stainless steel Harrison curtain rails, 19/20mm dia, including stainless steel brackets and fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed in wooden/steel/Aluminium windows, or Stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out and S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thick quality with oil putty or beads fixed with screws in sequence not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old decorated wall surfaces,filling of holes and cracks with lime putty or plaster of paris and applying one coat of weather coat/exterior emulsion paint of electric blue or AF blue colour or equivalent colour as approved by GE,using ultra clean paint of Dulux ICI or Apex ultima of Asian paints or equivalent in berger paints over the old decorated wall surfaces,edge of slabs,roof/chajjas projection and coloumns etc. after necessary preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip of 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 connected to and including earthing test point or disconnecting / testing link including excavation/ earth work in any strata, removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering and funnel, GI Pipe medium grade 40mm dia for earth lead protection, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with chamber cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for making new hole of 150 mm dia and 3.0 mtr depth or excvation of earthing size 1.5x1.5x3.5 mtr one pit and supply and filling in micronite(bentonite) base earthing enhancement micronite compound (0.001 ohms mtr conductive grounding granuals 25 kg in each pit) and copper electorode rod 17.7 mm dia and 3 mtr long as per relavent IS and to achieving the desired earth result complete all as specified and as diercted by Engr-in-Charge. (Each earth pit shall include minimum 25 kg NABL Lab certified micronite aggregate and cement 12.5 kg for filling bore hole with water mixed in 1:2 ratio (two parts of micronite aggregate compound and one part of cement), so also achieve eath resistance below 1 ohm including PVC pit box with cover shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. In case of non achieving of desired results the same shall be re-done by the contractor on his own cost.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod,12 mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F porcelain strip holder on wall and roof of suitable size including removing broken u/s one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to strip of any material and any size by removing from saddles/holders/wall/roof and strengening the strip and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 32 mm GI pipe light grade of 1.3 mtr piece fixing in PCC cubical and complete connection of existing air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Testing of exisiting earthing resistance with suitable digital Earth tester and recording the readings obtained and making the earthing good by pouring the salt water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix copper strip 20mm x 3 mm complete with insulators and fixing screws etc for roof/wall above ground level including removing u/s strips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to earth chambers by demolishing unserviceable earth chambers and fixing new chambers of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as per electrical plate no.3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
