SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ROAD FROM BISON GATE TO CDM UNDER GE (NORTH) SECUNDERABAD.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam including soling surfaces if required in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing materials from site of work or stacking for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both side of screen measured for payment) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.50Cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mmsize) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 3 above but except materials ( Material retrived from from item No 1&2 to be reused after screening) complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m using paving bitumen (VG-30), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping). depth of potholes exc 30 mm and complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate application of 1kg/sqm as specfied in table 500-3 of MoRTH specfication for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam, laid/rolled with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30)and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed

M &L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate application of 0.30 kg/sqm as specfied in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specfied and directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thicknes with 5.5% binder content(paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to be uniform surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
