Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

(WBM.GRADE 2) providing and laying and spreading and complteing stone aggregates of specific size 45-63mm to water bound mecadam speci. Inc. spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with there wheel 8-10 ton static roller in stages 2 proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materils to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec. clause 405 compacted thickness 75 mm.

(WBM.GRADE 3) providing and laying and spreading and complteing stone aggregates of specific size to water bound mecadam speci. providing and appling of primer Coat with emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraing primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD specification clause 502

providing and appling of Tack Coat with bitumin V.G-10 using emulsion pressure distrbutor at the rate of 0.35-0.45 kg/sqm on the primed surface of granular base treated with primer and cleaned with hydroulic broom.

providing and laying and rolling or open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick composed 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agg. Either using penetration grade bitumin/ CRMB on emulsion @1.46 kg per sqm to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously base by manual MORD specification. 508

providing and laying of Seal Coat by manual means with 80/100 Grade Bitumin sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels ,grade and coarse fall using type C as per tech spec. CI 510.

Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm. (3") wide 12 cm. (4.50") deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labours, T&P etc. complete. S.I. No. 765
