(Telephone connection socket outlet and terminal box shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Note for Sl No. 47.00 to 48.00:- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting & LED post top lantern light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80. (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manufacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II,16103 Part -I, 16104,16105,16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include LED street light fitting & LED post top lantern fitting walls/building which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account.

Supply and fixing of junction box of size 200mmx160mmx110mm or any other higher size (pole mounting) and should be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforeced material having IP 65 protection in accordance with IEC 60259, fixing with and including SS 304 clamp made out size 25x3 mm including suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete comprising of the following and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Note : (a) Junction Box must meet the provision laid down in IEC-60998-1, IEC-60695-2, IEC-60670-22 to 5 and color according to RAL - 9011/7035/7035. (b) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. (c) Junction box shall be fire retardant and self extinguishing in accordance with IEC-60695-2 to 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part-3, UL94 V-2 flammability standard., it should be tested as Glow Wire test for 960*C (d) The degree of protection of enclosure against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 for IK08 (e) Internally embedded gasket of polyurethane/extruded silicon gasket. (f) Junction box shall be with 4 pole complete with single pole MCB 'C' curve of 6 Amp rating.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing time switch astro type having longitude and latitude of phase of 32 Amps rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route / path indicators made out of 40x40x4mm angle iron 1.2 mtr long and plate of size 100mmx150mmx6mm welded only on one side end havinng embossed on plate as cable HT including PCC (1:4:8) of size 30cmx30cmx 30cm duly embedded the angle iron in PCC including excavation / earth work and form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for boring of holes under main road pavment,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound tecnique and necessary machine for accomodet 100mm bore GI tube (light grade) in the drilled holes,returning ,filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface. Note : (GI pipe light grade shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Actual length of road/ hard standing/ path shall be measured for payment purpose.

Sch 'A' Sec - XI (Part-II), (SOLAR WATER HEATER AND CENTRALISED HOT WATER SUPPLY WORK)

(c) Provisions of electrical backup with min 3 KW heating element - one job solar water heating system shall be provided on roof of single/double storey building the electrical backup connection shall be tapped from sub main board provided at ground floor. (d) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and made of stainless steel tube of grade 04 Cr 198 NI or 0718 NI of IS 1570 (Part-2) 1985. (e) All other pipe/civil work, steel staging work for PVC tank, electrical work, outlet and inlet thermometer,air release valves, check valves, gate valves, float valves/controls and instruments etc. All as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item, System internal piping shall be ISI marked GI pipe medium class of IS 1239 duly insulated with 50 mm thick rock wool of 48 Kg/M3 density and 26 SWG AI Cladding. (f) Note : (i) The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 200 ltrs of water at 65 degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal day in cold season. (ii) General Purpose rotational moulded PVC/Syntex overhead tank of capacity 500 ltrs for each system with inlet and outlet shall be provided at roof 3M above roof level complete with necessary stagging with MS work as per recommendation of manufacturer and with provn of suitable size float valves deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Normal water pipes and accessories from the normal overhead water tank to inlet of both make up water tank and plate colletor shall be included in the quoted rates only. Similarly hot water pipes from hot water storage tank to bathrooms/kitchen shall be measured and paid for separately. (PVC tank 500 ltr capacity to be measured and paid separately)

400 mm thermal grade PU insulation with FRP Cladding Tank stand assembly shall be made of size 38 x 38 x 4 mm duly pre-treated and stove enamelled with black colour paint. (c) Provisons of electrical backup with min 3 KW heating element - one job solar water heating system shall be provided on roof of single/double storey building the electrical backup connection shall be tapped from sub main board provided at ground floor. (d) Heat exhanger shall be cage type and made of stainless steel tube of grade 04 Cr 198 NI or 0718 NI of IS 1570 (Part-2) 1985. (e) All other pipe/civil work, steel staging work for PVC tank, electical work, outlet and inlet thermometer, air release valves, check valves, gate valves, float valves/lcontrols and instruments etc. All as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item, System internal piping shall be ISI marked GI pipe medium class of IS 1239 duly insulated with 50 mm thick rock wool of 48 Kg/M3 density and 26 SWG AI Cladding. (f) Note : (i) The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 300 ltrs of water at 65 degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal day in cold season. (ii) Genral Purpose rotational moulded PVC/Syntex overhead tank of capacity 500 ltrs for each system with inlet and outlet shall be provided at roof 3M above roof level complete with necessary stagging with MS work as per recommendation of manufacturer and provn of float valve of suitable size shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) Normal water pipes and accesories from the normal overhead water tank to inlet of both make up water tank and plate collector shall be included in the quoted rates only. Similarly hot water pipes from hot water storage tank to bathroom/kitchen shall be measured and paid for separately. (PVC tank 500 ltr cap to be measured and paid separately)

M&L hot water GI pipe 20 mm bore ISI marked with all fitting medium grade with rock wool insulation fixed with chicken wire mesh including with alluminium sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
