RequiredProfit/loss- The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet (balance sheet in case of private/public limited company means its standalone financial statement and consolidated financial statement both), duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant.
