Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tar felt/cement plaster/concrete tiles/stone slabs/brick tiles etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc excl ashlar facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete/lime concrete terracing of any description & in any portion not otherwise specifically provided for & removal of demolition material to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 M means radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/sqm

M&L providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) including water profing compount @ 2% by the weight of cement in roof padding, kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges to maintain proper slope on roof slab complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting out cracks to 'V' - section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) .

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick work or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair all as specified.

Dismantling of cast iron 100mm dia drain pipes fixed to wall jointed in cement morter.

All as per item No. 13 above but 75mm dia

S&F cast Iron sand cast pipes 100mm bore fixed to wall in cement joints (1:1) all as specified.

Quoted rate is deemed to be included the above provision.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 Ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as directed.

S & F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I, Make - Sintex / Polycon/ Infra

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 210 gms) including all fittings complete all as specified and directed

Taking down Eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified & directed.

S&F PVC SWR pipe 110mm dia pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified & directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR )bends with access door of any radius all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall surfaces in two layers (first coat 10mm thick and second coat 5mm thick) including mixing of water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement only on top layer of plaster finished even and smooth (WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surface including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
