PUMP HOUSE

Excavation of earth in foundation in ordinary soil (loan, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50m and leap up to 50.00 m refilling of excavated earth in to space between building and sides of foundation trench, watering, ramming and disposal of surplus earth up to 50 m from the center of the trench.

Concrete with 40 mm gauge First class brick ballast, fine sand and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and floors including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

25 mm thick damp proof coarse with cement , stone grit 12mm and approved coarse sand 1:1.5:3 with and including water-proofing materials asordered by the Engineer- incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufactures, also included bitumen painting (85/50 or 85/25), supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and including proper curing and shuttering as necessary.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in super structure including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with Cement approved Coarse sand and 20 mm Gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors, windows & sunshade excluding reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same 24 B WG wire in position with supply all materials labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

As in item no. 6 above but for slab and sun shade.
