Disconnections of APFC Panel with all connections & Taking down unserviceable APFC Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in replacement of LT Panel board , Out door type, floor mounted, CRCA, made of sheet steel ,factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 Ph 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system of size not less than 1500 mm x 1000mm x 500 mm,open on both back and front side having hinges and locking arrangements having busbars chamber with Aluminium bus bars with vertically arranged of 600 Amps rating duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour mounted on porcelain insulators .The panels shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet , powder coated based on MS channel for arrangement of foundation nuts , bolts and washers (Make:Universal Switch gear control/C&S/Neptune/Power system & Control). The Panel should be protected with IP 54 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane,while the material shall be internally embedded. the Panel should be including with internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size including lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc and supported on MS angle of size not less than 450 mm long, LED indicating lamps, current transformers, terminal block for cables and including making of suitable size foundations as per manufacturer recommendations and taking down old unserviceable panel /fidder pillars alongwith all accessories complete all as specified and directed and to incorporate the following:-

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level ) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 25 mm x 4.0 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including galvanised strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a disance not exc 50 mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Earth Continuity conductor or main earthing Strip fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situations for earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out in soft soil for laying of cables, foundation of poles, and stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting the existing concrete/bituminious road surface width n.exe 30 cm and making good the surface with 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair complete over 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone sggregate over consolidated/rammed earth surface complete all as specified and directed.
