Detailed survey, Design, Drawing & Detailing as mentioned below : a.Reviewing of the detail design of the proposed structure, drawing and detailing for Civil, electrical structures b. All short of CB14:B321detailing c.Obtaining vetting of final design & drawing by any Institute either JU /IIEST/IIT/NIT d.Detailed survey of adjacent area with Auto Level &Total Station e. Obtaining approval from WBF&ES,KMC etc. other local bodies f. Registration, documentation, coordination with the certifying authority and obtaining Green Building Certification from GRIHA/IGBC/ LEED as approved by GRSE. f. As-built drawing (All drawing should be submitted both in hard and soft copies along with PDF & Auto Cad files)

Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specifieddiameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safeworking load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring withbentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriatelength for setting out and removal of same and the length ofthe pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussiondrilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer andchisel technique by tripodand mechanical Winch Machineall complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). Note : Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used . For 500 mm dia piles.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Single pile Above 50 tonne upto 100 tonne Safe capacity. Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity)

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Single pile Above 50 tonne upto 100 tonne Safe capacity. Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity)

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m (i) All kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for foundations,pits,trenches, footing over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in widthas well as 10 Sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides andramming of bottom ,lift upto 1.5 m,de-watering, shoring,strutting , taking out the excavated earth & disposal of excavated earth as directed within a lead upto 50m ,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. (Only PCC plan area as per drawing shall be measured for payment.) (i) All kinds of soil

Open timbering over areas including strutting, shoring etc. complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered): Depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m
