Schedule 'A' Part-XVII (Miscellaneous items of works)

Solar Water Heating System

Item No 01 : Supply and fixing 32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 Amps and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning connection with suitable size aluminium / copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 : Design supply, install testing & commissioning passengers lift of capacity 8 passanger (544 Kg), speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS14665, suitable to serve G + 05 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, Car Size- as per IS and suitable to install in lift well,Door Size- as per IS or manufacture specification, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) & human interface device, all other Finishes Standard safety features should be as per IS specification and modern practices in market in lift complete all as specified below :-

(i) Contractor shall be submit detailed construction drawing of lift being provided with complete technical specification as per IS : 14665 (Including all ammendments till date) before dispatch the of material from OEM for approval of GE. (ii) The scope of work also covered the all civil works, car and counter weight guide rails, brackets, terminal buffer support and sil angle, plates and any other items required for successful completion of lift with respeect to safety required by OEM, and any other supprting structure required will be carried out by contractor without any extra cost

Item No 04 : S & F for MCCB adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu rating 63 Amps 16KA and including sheet steel. The enclosure shall be wall mounted with and including all fixing accessories complete all as specified.

Item No 05 : M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth 32 x 6 mm galvanized MS strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point including 15mm dia eavy Grade GI pipe for protection of GI wire up to test point and 40mm dia GI Pipe heavy Grade for watering with wire mesh, funnel complete including testing on completion all as specified.

Item No 09 : Supply and install outdoor type automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel factory made of 120 KVAR capacity ready to use design confiring to relevant IS rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA, front openable and lockable by keys having lowers and air vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415/440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, anti corrosive costing to achieve power factor from 0.9 to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture seimens gray RAL 7032 & as directed by Engineer in charge comprising of and including following including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable from main panel to APFC panel for connection as approved complete all as specified and directed :-

300 Amp capacity for phase and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/epoxy insulators. A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts with output steps of 350 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 8 steps (1 x 50 KVAR + 1 x 25 KVAR + 2 x 12.5 KVAR+ 4 x 5 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate all possible set ups.

MCB’s TP, ‘C’ series, 415 volts, off sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors

Thyristor switches shall be provided bor connecting/disconnecting the capacitor banks to the bus bar.

The APFC panel provided with two existing terminal and it is connected through GI strip 32 x 6mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Digital panel meter for current, voltage/frequency and power factor having programmable CT ratio and built in sector switch of size 96mm x 96mm, accuracy class-1, auxiliary support of 230 volts AC with SP MCB protected shall be provided.

All control wires shall be not less than 2.5sqmm multistandard copper conductor and properly bunched/ tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimpled with adequate size of lugs the cubicle will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size, duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zinc metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland manufacturer name plate with feeder details and danger plate shall be provided as per directed.

Item No 11 : Supply, errecting, commissioning and testing of Galvanized steel High Mast of 16 Mtrs hight. High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3 . It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope (7/19 construction) double drum winch,lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation, Galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement 'suitable for 09 Nos.luminaires Symmetrically & its control gear boxes and with 03 point suspension system. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. ( Material construction of high mast sheet will be of BSEN 10025 / IS 5986 or equivalent ) in and including the following accessories/items : (a) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel and Hot Dip Galvanised along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Item No 12 : Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT Panel out door type factory made CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 2500 mm x 1500 mm x 800 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and as directed. . (ii) Cost of PCC foundation 1:3:6 as per manufacturer recommendation included in the cost of Gen Set and cover shed for DG set as per engineer practices/as approved by GE. (iii) Silencer pipe of engine is to be extended out of the building with suitable dia of GI medium grade pipe duly heat insulated with suitable asbestos rope duly claded with plaster of paris, rate of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of Gen set. (iv) Lubricating oil shall be provided by the conractor Cost of which deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG Set. (v) Four Nos free servicing with complete material such as Lubricating oil, coolent, Lub oil filter, diesel filters, Air filter and fan belts etc as per manufacturer recommendation will be deemed to be included in the unit rate of DG set. Obstruction Lights

Sewage Disposal

Item No 52: Supply, laying and testing of 150 mm inner diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polethelene pipes(HDPE) and stiffness class-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML No) with and including all fittings & jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098(Part-2):2013 and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bedding of pipe shall not be provided in normal condition and construction methods shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 Annex 'A' of IS 16098(Part-2):2013

Item No 53 : S&F factory made SFRC MH cover with frame confirming to IS 12592:2002 HD 20 grade, of size 600mm circular sorrounded with steel strip 70 x 1.5 mm reinforced shall be as per relevant IS and laid over man hole brick work or concrete in CM 1:4, including reinforcement as perrelevant IS, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
