6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Wrought iron and mild steel welded work (using angles, square bars, tees andchannel grills, grating frames, gates andtreeguards of any size and design etc.including cost of screens and welding rodsor bolts and nuts complete fixed inposition but without the cost of excavationand concrete for fixing which will be paidseparately.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distember, water, proofing cement paint and the like by scraping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface – water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work
