Providing and fixing of sand stone flooring with 40 mm thick sand stone as per matching with original colour and texture with mortar for ratio 1:1:1: lime surki and coarse sand with mixing of Gur/sheera , dry gum, dry belgiri etc. flag stone to be fixed after fine dressing with special tools and making front edge as bull nose including all the labour , material and T. & P. required for proper completion of work at the site. Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.. (Rate Including GST).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (Rate Including GST).

Pointing of joints of lakhauri brick masonry with mortar of ratio 1:1:1 lime, Surkhi and c. sand with mixing of gur/ sheera , dry gum and dry bailgiri and colour pigment to match with original after racking and washing of joints carefully including all the supply of material, labour and T.& P. required proper completion of work at the site. Scraping of old mortar of pathway about 20mm depth and cleaning of joint including all labour and T&P require proper completion of work at the work site.. (Rate Including GST).

Pointing of joints of old mordern brick pathway with mortar of ratio 1:1:1, 1 lime,1 surkhi, and 1 c. sand with mixing of gur / sheera , dry gum and dry bail giri and colour pigments to matching with original after cracking and washing of joints carefully, including all the supply of material, labour and T&P required proper completion of work at the site(rate including GST)
