Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers For foundation and basement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4½”x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification For foundation and basement For superstructure in Ground floor

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing country wood scantling (first quality paddock wood) for door frames including labour charges for making, applying anti corrosive paint on the back sides of frame and fixing the frame in position, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of single leaf 35mm thick with skin type paneled door made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 25 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos.Aluminium door stopper / magnet catch 3” depth – 1 No. respectively, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of 1''x1'' size chain link fencing 10 gauge and fixing with M.S. Angle post using 16 gauge G.I. Wire including running the 2 ply and 4 pin G.I. barbed wire 12 gauge at bottom, middle and top of M.S. angle posts (As stiffner to the chain link fencing) etc, complete copmplying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors complete complying with standard specification and as directed , including gum, conjee, water, etc., complete.

Painting new wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approve quality and colour over a priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive cost of all materials and labour including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,,i/c., before use on works).

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Clearing the site using JCB on hire charges around the proposed building and making approach road to the site etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of the following dia of approved quality and best variety and laid properly to alignment including fixing the required specials lent excluding cost of such specials but including cutting, threading and fixing to the wall with necessary clamps, screws, teak wood plugs making holes in the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the disturbed portion to the original condition with necessary brick work and plastering etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position UPVC windows using JP 23 (80mm X 50mm 1.3 Kg/m) and JP 111 (80mm X 50mm 1.5kg/m) UPVC profiles for the outer frame. Total breadth is being divided equally into two or more shutters by using UPVC profile JP 050 (60mm X 36mm 0.80 Kg/m) and complete with fusion welding, 12.mm thick GI reinforcement and complete the window by fitting with 4mm clear glass with UPVC glass bead JP 022.(35mm X 18mm 0.27 Kg/m) including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and also as directed etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing MS grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills will be given by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing in position of M.S. Channel (ISMC) section 100x50x7.50mm for rafter 65x65x6mm M.S. Angle for purline including necessary cleat apply red oxide primer etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of 0.47mm Galvalum sheet roofing including cost of sheet, self tapping screws and washer etc., with all cost of material and labor charges including fixing and finishing as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make: Jindal or equivalent).

Supplying fabricating, erecting of color Galvalum 0.47mm ridge sheet including cost of self drilling (SDST) screws with washers, fixing charges lead and lift etc., complete.

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 25mm thickness using plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M Sand , and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Five M sand) using best quality chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 ½” x 3” including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification for staircase steps.

Supplying and fixing in position steel balustrades using 20mm square rods at 150mm centre to centre and one baluster in each step centrally located and the top shall be connected with the handrails by means of M.S. Flats of size 40mm x 6mm connecting all square rods to the entire length and fixed with handrails 40mm MS ‘B’ class pipe and bottom fixed in the step concrete including cost of square rods and flat MS pipe and applying one coat of red oxide primer to ht iron surfaces, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by the Engineer,i/c.,
