Surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and n.exc 30cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of UG cables etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & as directed

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding three track type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws,lock,sliding roller etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in tubular trusses using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&Frolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) steel conforming to Fe-290(Gde E 165) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment including necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and not exc 15cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified.(Note ; Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L for 18-20mm thick Sadherhali stone slab flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granit laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1 : 4 including Rounding to edges complete.

All same as per item No 25 here - in - above but as in dado & skirting with 10 mm thick 1 : 3 cement mortar screed - do -(Note for item No 25 & 26 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (standard size as per local availability) laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Laying in trenches or fixing on wall or pole LT XLPE UG cable insulated screened PVC beded GI steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) cable of size 16 Sqmm 4core with standard aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade including provision of necessary lugs and glands making necessary connection & testing on completion complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting existing DI/GI water main pipe line in position of any dia and making connection of new pipe line of 25mm bore with & including insertion of new DI /GI Tee of size 50mm x 50mm x 25 mm (ISI marked) of size as ordered including excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing commissioning of CPRI Approved LT panel, indoor type, platform mounted, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, openable from both front and rear side, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet complete including inner chambers/partitions to mount the following electrical accessories and built upon 40x40x60mm single iron frame work, having front & rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos), provision for earth strip connection, bottom detachable gland plates, connecting using suitable size of zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts and washers.
