Taking down carefully old point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell point or power point) complete including unserviceable fixtures like switches, sockets, holders, ceiling roses etc., removing from site and keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old fitting like FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires removing from site and keeping unserviceable fixtures etc, in safe custody for taking credit and making good distrubed surfaces of wall/ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old fitting like FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires removing from site and keeping unserviceable fixtures etc, in safe custody, refixing it through screw or rawl plug etc., complete (after proper cleaning through mild cleaning agent) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable empty box /bus bar chamber/DB's of any capacity with MCCB's or MCB fixed on wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floor with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for refixing of FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires (serviceable fixtures retrieved from item No.2) after cleaning the old luminaires by mild cleanser and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering/white washing to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of connecting cable is deemed to be included in this rate.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/ roof with necessary fixing arrangements for one light/fan point controlled by one switch with stranded PVC, FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including 14 gauge ERW rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 20 mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc., including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing complete all as directed.
