Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep all as specified in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B1) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses (framed and curved) including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (Flat/curved) 0.50mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint for over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surfaces not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 70 mm thick cement concrete (type B1) , 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Granolithic concrete 1:1:2 floor topping 30mm thick; laid over cement concrete subfloors etc. and finished to an even and fair surface all as specified and as directed

S& F Dusting surfaces of granolithic concrete with carborundum powder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2,using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection (75 mm thick) finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Joints of the plinth protection shall be filled with sand and bitumen mortar and sealed with bitumen.

M&L for anti-termite treatment (Post Construction) of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anti-termite treatment (Post Construction) along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2 mm thick poly carbonate transparent roof glazing sheet fixed to existing steel purlin/steel member with non rust hidden screws and washer on overlap etc completeall as specified and directed.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block exc 10 cm thick in width (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) complete, in walls and set in cement mortar 1:6 of PCC 1:3:6 (Type C1) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered cement concrete walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint on old cement painted walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary preparation of surfaces by completely removing the old treatment and washing down complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work of mild steel (Fe 410 W grade E-250 Quality A) in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc.as in fencing poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia babs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M& L for Providing, cement concrete( type B0) 1:2:4 (12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Groove cutting for concrete floor of size 10mm wide & 30mm Depth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primer and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of exc 1.5 Km but not exc 10 Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F punch type "Concertina Coil" (PTCC) of gauge 2.6 mm and using coils of 61 cm dia of approved make coil over MS angle brackets with barbed wire complete all as specified and as directed.
