Taking down carefully the existing aluminium/copper point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators, lamp holders, call bell, bell pushes any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete and make good the disturbed surface as existing.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC casing capping/conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover(ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multistarnded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for one light point/Exhaust fan/ceiling fan/ call bell point point controlled by one switch Note : Wiring Color code i.e. Red/Yellow/Blue for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained.( for concealed wiring chase cutting will be measured and paid separately.)

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surface of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessories and 1 run of FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly including taking out the old sub main wiring for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5A SP 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ceiling rose surface type 3 terminals 65x20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fan Regulator electronic stepped type, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240V, 6-32 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity 40 to 63 AMP in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure of Bus bar of SPN 8 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods and accessories, alongwith PVC flexbile pipe from ceiling rose to connector input voltage 165-285 V ,28W 1200 mm sweep, 360 RPM, Min air delivery 220 M3/Min CFM with LED indication for speed, class F insulation, service value 6.00 BEE, of 5 years on site warranty for all defects like winding/motor/PCB and remote with step speed control remote , Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) including taking down of old unsv ceiling fans from same or different locations. Note:- Contractor will submit the old ceiling fan obtanied from site to RRC complaint cell and same cost is deemed to be included in the mentioned rate. Any minor items like connector, pvc flexible pipe, clips ete. which is not included in BOQ, needed for installation of ceiling fans if required on site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate as well.
