1)The tender should indicate the Manufacturers name, month and year of manufacturing by casting/stamping/etching/embossing at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components /material. However, if the same is not possible because of component/item being small in size or any other reason what severe, tender should indicate the same in their offer. 2) (i) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

By authorized representative of SSE/C&W/UDL and successful demonstration of material by the firm at Consignee premises.

Load test certificate, calibration certificate of gauges are to be provided from Govt. authorized laboratory at the time of delivery. Materials must be tested with minimum 15% overload conditions.

Warranty: The material shall be under warranty as per Standard IRS Warranty clause for its satisfactory performance and trouble-free operation. The product should be attended for on-site repairing within 48 hours after lodging complain (verbal or documented) during warranty period and repair/replace the defective equipment which has failed or is proving unsatisfactory in service due to defective design, material or workmanship within the Warranty Period at his own expenses at user premises.

Only OEM or their authorized dealer can participate in this Tender. OEM authorization certificate to be uploaded otherwise Tender will be summarily rejected.

The bidders shall submit, along with their offer, performance certificates for atleast five (05) Hydraulic Jack of Capacity -50 ton supplied within the last five (02) years (i.e., within the five years preceding the tender opening date). The systems referenced in these certificates must have operated satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning, as of the original tender closing date.

GC/WC as per IRS T&C and GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.
