Providing, fabrication, testing and commissioning of draft tube gate and other miscellaneous works at BHEP

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Fabrication/Repair/Reconditioning of dam gates at any Govt. organizations/PSUs of single order value not less than Rs 9.10 lakhs. In proof of the above, a copy of work done certificate issued from the competent authority & the corresponding work order shall be furnished. (Note: The value of completed works shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five financial years, achieved in at least two financial years, an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 18.15 Lakhs. As a proof, the bidder shall furnish Turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Note: Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the Financial Year in which the tenders are invited). (Note: The above documents shall be uploaded along with other documents, failing/not satisfying the above criteria the tenders are liable for rejection).In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing, can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.
