S&F galvanised steel tubing, light grade, ISI marked, for protection of under ground cable on pole/wall/under road including taking out old unserviceable pipe 40 mm bore. completed all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core including laid in trenches or fixing on poles or passing through pipes complete including taking out of old unserviceable cable any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified. Note:- Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast PCC cable Cover ISI marked, class LV, type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for covering cables laid dry flat as cable protection on sand all as specified.

M&L in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /GI pipe 15mm bore as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron all as specified.

M&L for earthing work complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and to be protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade & connected to earth test point/main switch board or main control board and also providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I. and also making arrangment of 20 mm dia bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for water and making funnel, wire mesh,and also including provision of concrete pit cover framing work in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded of stone aggregate with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and outer frame work of angle iron 25x25x6 mm with top concrete pit cover and handle for lifting of cover complete work all as specified and directed.
