Labour charges for removing the hand pumpset from the bore well

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 300CFM Capacity (Minimum 8 hours) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by Officers concerned and conducting yield test by 'V' notch method.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 % for 1HP submersible pumpset 20lpmx70m head

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/single Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 230 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately) for 1HP panel board

Painting two coats with ready mixed Emulsion Paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of apprved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD-65)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD-70)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) (SD-18)

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work (SD-212)

Supply and fixing of 32A TPNMC switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry box with earth connection only (SD-148)

supply and fixing of 24W LED 2x2 square type Recessed fitting with LED (Lower end) on false Ceiling with suitable hanging support from ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (SD-440)

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days for 1HP pumpset
