The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Note: 1. A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.
