Supply and fix of 6mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer ceiling board of size to suit grid mould (605 x 605mm as specified above) and fix in grid mould with necessary fixing arrangement as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.
