Construction of RCC Jackwell (140 Sqm B/Up Area) with Pumphouse ( 140 Sqm B/Up Area) & Panel room ( 80Sqm B/Up Area) and allied works near existing jackwell .

(A) Construction of Jackwell (140 Sqm B/Up Area) : Designing, drawing and construction of RCC Jackwell in M-35 grade design mix concrete having 140.00 Sqm B/Up Area and floor slab of pumphouse ,PCC of 1:2:4 proportion 150mm. thick below the raft as a leveling course, raft of required designed thickness and RCC stainingwall of designed thickness for Jackwell in M-35 grade concrete including excavation in all types of strata including all required slopes. The pumphouse floor level shall be minimum 1.50m above HFL of reservoir OR minimum 1.5 mtr above average GL at location of jackwell whichever is higher shall be maintained . The pump house floor slab in M-30 grade RCC is considered as per required designed thickness. The TMT bar with anti-corrosive treatment as per designed requirement shall be used as reinforcement for all RCC work in Jackwell.RCC Spiral stair caseof 1.00 m wide shall be provided inside periphery of Jackwell from pump house floor slab to Jackwell bottom. The Rose pieces 4 Nos of 600mm dia in 12mm thick M. S.plate and CI sliuce gate of size1500x1500mm, 1Nos. shall be provided at the inlet of Jackwell. The stainless steel operating rod of standard grade upto sill level of windows of pumphouse shall also be provided. The bottom side slab of pump house shall be coated with two coats of epoxy paint. The gallery around the outer face of jackwell having width 1.50 m with G.I. pipe railing of 50 mm dia horizontal in 2 rows & 50mm dia vertical having a heightof1.0m at 2.0m interval shall be provided.The slots for pumps in roof slab of jackwell, M.S. chaquerred plate flooring 8mm thick supported on M.S. angles , 2No. of MS. Ladder 0.60m wide from gallery to roof slab of jackwell & panel room & lightening arrestor shall be provided. The manifolds 02 Nos of 900 mm dia M.S.pipes of 12mm thickness with 900 mm dia butterfly valves 02 Nos, Surge Arrestor and electronix flow meter as per design suitable for designed flow shall be provided . The work includes providing inlet channel of suitable length and section OR RCC NP- 2 class connecting main of suiatable diameter as per design for 60 MLD capacity flow at bed level of reservoir. Bottom of jackwell shall be 2.00MTR below the invert level of connecting channel/connecting main. Construction of cofferdam & dewatering shall have to be carried out for execution of work. G.A.Drawing, Architectural drawings, RCC structural designs & drawings etc. of relevant structures under scope of work shall be got prepared by the agency from reputed architects/structural designer & the same shall be got vetted from the Project Management Consultant appointed by MIDC. B) Construction of Pump house(140.00 Sqm) & Panel room(80.00 Sqm) : Designing , drawing and construction of overhead Pump House having 140.00 Sqm B/Up Area and 7.00m height above Jackwell in M-25 grade design mix concrete in RCC framed structure and Panel Room having 80.00 Sqm B/Up Area and minimum 4.2 m height connected to Jackwell as per design & drawing including RCC framed structure with roof slab , 230 mm thick BB masonry wall, with20mm thick inside plaster and 25mm thick outside plaster, with internal luster painting & outer acrylic painting & two coats of epoxy paint for bottom slab of pump house with putty etc, UPVC glazed sliding windows and ventilators with MS grills and granite seals around windows & Ventilators, internal & external electrification. Two ISMB sections of required size for erection of pumps & panels shall be provided in pump house with EOT (Electrically Operated Traction) crane of capacity 10.00 MT. G.I. rolling shutters in front side of jackwell having 3.50x3.50 size & in front side of panel room having 3.00x2.40 size shall be provided. Indian patent stone flooring 40mm thick with integralwet Finish on slab top is to be provided. The Kottah stone flooring shall be provided to pump house & panel room. TheTMTbars as per designed requirement shall be used as reinforcement for all RCC works. G.A.Drawing, Architectural drawings, RCC structural designs & drawings etc. of relevant structures under scope of work shall be got prepared by the agency from reputed architects/structural designer & the same shall be got vetted from the Project Management Consultant appointed by MIDC. C) Construction of 3.75 Mtr wide Approach Road: Construction of 3.75 mtr wide approach road with approach platform from panel room up to existing approach road near existing jackwell and parking platform of 100Sqm area including excavation of B.C. soil , earthwork in embankment with approved material of required depth with watering & compaction ,150mm thick GSB, 250mm thick WMM, Bituminous prime coat over WMM, 50 mm thick BM & 40mm thick B.C. with seal coat, necessary 1.50m wide side shoulders & road marking paints etc as directed. D) Construction of Toilet Block & Watchman's Cabin : Design, drawing and construction of Toilet Block having 12.00 Sqm B/Up Area and 3.60m height & Watchman's Cabin having 6.000 Sqm B/Up Area and 3.60m clear height in jackwell premisese in M-25 grade design mix concrete RCC framed structure with roof slab, including 230mm thick BB masonry wall, with 20 mm thick inside plaster and 25 mm thick outside plaster, with internal luster painting & outer acrylic painting with putty etc. UPVC glazed sliding windows and ventilator with MS grills and granite sills around windows & Ventilators. Indian patent stone flooring 40mm thick with integralwet Finish on slab top is to be provided. The vitrified tiled flooring shall be provided to Toilet Block & Watchman's Cabin. Doors with ecoboard panel both side laminated 25mm shutter and Granite frame including class -I type all fixtures such as aldrops, handles, hinges etc shall be provided. The European type commode, wash basin of size 630x450mm shall be provided in toilet with all plumbing fittings like jaquar make stop cock, flush valve , required CPVC pipes & UPVC overhead water storage tank of 1000 liter on top slab of toilet block. A septictank of 900mm dia 2.50m length RCC hume pipe & soak pit of required size with UPVC pipes shall be provided outside the toilet block including excavation . The TMT bars as per designed requirements hall be used as reinforcement for all RCC works. G.A.Drawing, Architectural drawings, RCC structural designs & drawings etc. of relevant structures under scope of work shall be got prepared by the agency from reputed architects/structural designer & the same shall be got vetted from the Project Management Consultant appointed by MIDC. E)Misc. works :i)Construction of cable duct of suitable size in BBM including excavation for a length as per requirement including precast cover from transformer to panel room& panel room to pump house. (ii) Dismantling of existing room. (iii)All miscellaneous works which may not be specifically mentioned above but which are required for satisfactory completion of the work are included in the scope of this item of work.

Designing, Drawing and Construction of Water Treatment Plant of 60 MLD (2X30 MLD ) capacity and allied works including PAC Building, Raw Water Inlet Pipe, Inlet Chamber, Platform, Clarifloculator, Inlet CLF, Settled water channel, Filter House, CLF bypass, Filter Bypass, GSR/Sump (12000cum), Overhead pumphouse,Chlorine Room, Recirculation Pump, Settled water pipeline, Sludge Disposal pipeline, Sludge drying bed, Chemical Dosing Pipeline, all Interconnections, Bypass arranmgement , drainage arrangement & valves, Internal Roads, Storm water drainage , Toilet block, watchmen's cabin & Landscape & gardening, etc . complete including all excavations in all types of strata, conveyance & disposal of excavated materials, all equipments, tools & plants , labour, materials as per standard Engineering practises/ relevant specifications of Indian standard codes and as directed by Engineer- in-Chargeetc complete. The item of work further includes necessry Geological Invsetigation, evaluation of SBC, Hydraulic design of entire scheme , Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings, Layout Plan, Structural Designs and Drawings and Architectural Drawings, Contour survey and L-section survey, Liasoning with all concerned departments for obtaining permissions required if any for final completion & commissioning of the scheme. All miscellaneous works which may not be specifically mentioned above but which are required for satisfactory completion of the item of work are included in the scope of the work. The work to be completed as per contractor’s own design & drawings subject to vetting and approval from the Project Management Consultant appointed by MIDC. Any claims for extra payment on any ground for whatsoever reasons will not be accepted & ebtertained by MIDC. The amount quoted by the contractor shall be firm and binding on him and the work shall be executed without any deviation from the tender specifications.
