(The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)
Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Repairs to existing door/ cupboard/ window shutter by removing the shutter from its position, repairing the same by replacing the damaged item like style, rails, panels etc. including fixing available old fittings and replacing the hinges, if required, and making it operational properly and refixing the same to its original position etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The cost of materials like wooden style, rails, panels etc. shall be paid separately)
(a) Door/ cupboard - Double shutters
Providing and applying Two coats of "Dr. Fixit Raincoat" or equivalent over one coat of primer of "Dr. Fixit Primeseal" or equivalent on external wall surface (prone to leakage due to heavy rain) etc. all complete as per manufacturers specifications in following sequence of operations.
a. All new cement-sand renderings /concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weeks before surface treatment.
b. Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting.
c. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done, if required.
d. All surface cracks upto 5 mm width and above should be filled separately (to be paid under different item).
e. Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio (2 parts primer and 1 part water) and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours
f. Use Raincoat directly from the container (Stir contents well before use), Apply two neat coats of Raincoat without dilution by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours on rain lashing walls, chajjas and parapet walls.
g. Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days."
Filling cracks in wall surface plaster with Elastomeric Acrylic Crack Filler, readymade paste having auto-suction, impermeable & non-shrink property (Polyfill-AR of Sunanda chemical or equivalent) defining the crack with sharp pointed tool/ power cutter etc., to make it 6 to 8mm-wide & 6mm deep, cleaning mortar dust/ algae etc. with water spray & brush including applying second course of the crack filler wherever required to make up depression formed after first course for all leads and lifts complete all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge .(Note: The entire wall treated with crack filler shall have to be got approved before commencement of painting or other treatment on wall surface)

Repairs to arrest leakage from Floor/ Nahani trap inlets in Bath room/ Wash basin/ Urinal/ Kitchen by cutting all type of floor of size 300 x 300 x 300mm deep around inlet gratings to get access to the mouth of PVC/ CI trap, sealing the joint using epoxy sealant putty, providing 110mm or 75mm dia. single piece PVC SWR pipe (matching to inlet size of existing floor trap) upto 300mm length from inlet of trap to the flooring top, refilling the pit with cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water proofing compound including disposal of rubbish to the municipal dumping ground all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including dismantling lime/ cement concrete and disposal of dismantled materials including malba to municipal dump all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing PVC overhead tank cover of required size including fixing with lever hinge clip etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
(a) Cover for PVC tank of 500 to 5000 litre capacity.
Cleaning of manholes by rodding,scrubbing and flushing to remove the clogged drain of sludge,waste ,rubbish material and disposal of waste/ refuge/ filth etc. to the permissible dumping ground etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning of chocked drainage lines in kitchen, bathroom and water closet from inside of staff quarters including removal of all type of blockage and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of terrace,roof including khuras, entry mouth of rainwater pipes and rainwater collection drains of sloping roofs etc.by scrapping and brooming, taking out all the dust, dirts, tree leaves, etc. available during the operation, dumping on a stacking place within the compound and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
Uprooting of trees grown on external faces of building walls,pipe joints,outer sill of windows,chajjas etc.at all levels (upto terrace level) by removing the sapling along with roots,applying acid at roots area to prevent further growth including pluging the root area with cement mortar of rich mix including providing neccesary scafolding or jhula etc complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
Cleaning of surface drains of any width surrounding the buildings and in compound including uprooting of vegetations, shurbs etc from the bed and sides of the drains , cleaning of mud, wastes etc and disposal of all the malba inside the compound manually or by mechanical transport within 50 m lead at a point as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Cleaning of septic by mechanical suction machine including disposal at designated sewage disposal location as per local bye laws etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. [50 users capacity]
Providing and fixing of precast RCC tank cover of size 700x600x75 mm with lifting arrangement etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Credit for the recovered items after dismatling or replacing the damaged items etc.
