Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling / wedging out of hard or soft rock up to all depths stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meteres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete (excluding cost of form work) in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in pavement road, taxi tracks and runway laid to required slope and camber i/c compaction , traping finished and curing complete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing and reinforcement

Providing Mild Steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of material in all leads and lifts: -

Providing and Fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing complete in all respect

Providing and Fixing ridges and Hips 0.60mm over all with 60 cm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing

Providing and fixing 30cm wide 60 cm over all semi-circular plain GI sheet Gutter with iron bracket 40*30 m size bolts and nuts

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete (excluding cost of form work) in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Kota stone slab flooring 30 mm thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and polishing complete

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 150 mm dia

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping, etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete
