Design, detailed engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Grid connected 30 kWp capacity Ground Mounted Solar Photo-Voltaic Power Plant as per technical specifications i/c. transportation, insurance, transit insurance, provision of NET metering facility, associated Civil foundation work, GI / aluminium module mounting structure work, etc., storage of materials, statutory clearances & approvals etc. and any other items or accessories required for successful commissioning of power plant on Turnkey/ Single responsibility basis including maintenance of the system during one year defects liability period, including but not limited to following major components and its accessories: (NOTE: Please read Special Conditions of Contract and Technical Specifications in the tender documents before quoting the rates.)

Mono-PERC Solar Photovoltaic Modules having efficiency of 20% (min) with anti-glare coating, hydrophobic coating, bird repelling spikes as required as per technical specifications.

NET metering i/c SITC of all energy meters, liaising, processing, testing and obtaining NOC / permits / approvals required to fulfil all statutory requirements of MSEDCL.

Main Junction boxes for SPV modules as per technical specifications.

Solar module array to junction box Interconnection DC cables as per technical specifications.

Junction box to Inverter Interconnection AC cables as per technical specifications.

All necessary required control and LT power cables up to injection point in LT panel as per technical specifications.

DC Distribution board and AC Distribution board as required and as per technical specifications.

Power conditioning unit / Inverter with efficiency of 98.3% (min) including provision of suitable enclosure / porta cabin in solar plant area as per technical specifications.

Compact Weather Meteorological Station along with sensors for monitoring & logging of parameters as per technical specifications.

Remote Plant Monitoring System for parameters as per technical specifications i/c provision of internet connectivity through wi-fi + Router etc. as required as per technical specifications.

Lightning Protection system as per technical specifications.

Surge Protection system as per technical specifications.

Earthing protection system including earthing cables / flats, maintenance free gel earthing, pits etc. as per technical specifications.

Fire fighting extinguishers (04 Nos - CO2 type - 4.5 Kg) sand buckets etc. (2 sets of 4 buckets with stand with canopy) as per technical specifications.

Area / peripheral lighting including cabling (4 Nos. of Street light poles with LED Type fittings).

Sprinkler based module cleaning system with necessary HDPE Storage Tank, Pump, HDPE pipe lines, valves etc. as per technical specifications.

GI Structure of 85 Micron coating hot dip galvanised / Aluminium Structure for SPV module mounting with SS Nut bolts.

Necessary clearing, levelling and compacting of site to make it suitable for installation of solar power plant, chain link fencing as per technical specifications.

Mandatory sign boards etc. as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of above Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at Transmitting Station, Nagpur after completion of Defects Liability Period:

3rd Year After Completion of Defects Liability Period.
