REPAIR AND MAINT OF LT UG NETWORK WITH ALLIED ITEMS IN SOUTH ZONE OF DIPATOLI MIL STN UNDER GE DIPATOLI

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated,armoured,heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by crimping tools complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning in replacement PVC tape/Extruded innersheathed Aluminium unarmoured service wire, 650/1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by crimping tools all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9.00 Meters long) complete all as specified and directed at site.Note : Earth work & PCC work shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Shifting of cable connections/junction box/street light clamps/street light/channels/insulators is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Restretching of conductor will be paid under relevant item. Any item required to be replaced will be paid under relevant item.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable including sand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregrate) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with "MES 11 KV CABLE /MES LT CABLE" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required/ ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for arranging and operating approved cable route tracing machine including transmitter, receiver and all accessories, with skilled operator and helper, for tracing and identifying the route of existing underground LT / HT electrical cable in connection, including marking the traced route on ground, testing of equipment before use and reporting to Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation, fault locating and cable repair shall not be included. Complete all as directed. Tracing one cable from end to other regardless of its length will be measured as one job. Note :The cable route tracing machine for detecting cable route will be arranged by the Contractor

Dismantling/ Disconnecting electric connection of underground LT, XLPE Cable, 1100 volts upto 35 to 400 Sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in LT cable with fault locating machine in the entire length complete testing after reconnecting and commissioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house liase with JE E/M.

S&F Heat shrinkable straight through Jointing Kit suitable for 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable including lugs of required size and proper crimping and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following size of cables :-

16 Sqmm to 95 sqmm 3.5/4 core

120 sqmm to 400 sqmm, 3.5/4 core

M&L for mild steel as in cross arms bracing supports clamps and back planes fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts washers welding welding drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one proimer coat one under coat one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete. paint complete to support the cables all as specified & directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 100mm height 115mm dia incl nut of size 100 mm height 1100 volt grade shackle insulator all as specified & directed

M&L for pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green incl one galvanized mild steel sprindle two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 16mm dia 380mm iron stay bow 1800mm long stay rod 20 mm dia 300 x300x 6mm stay plate thimble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length ,inclu.loop insulator,earth work and PCC complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No-1 all as specifies and directed by EIC.

Restringing of ACSR over head conductor including GI wire of any size/type on LT over head line with the help of rope/line wise and tighting the conductor to permissiable sag, including aluminium tape/aluminium wire complete and including trimming/cutting of tree branches of not more than 150mm dia upto the clearance of two meters all around of OH line all as specified and directed.

Supply only tinned copper fuse wires of different current rating as directed and specified by engr-in- charge.

Supply only LT tape fire resistant type complying IS 7809, 1.8 cm width & 25 mtr length all as directed and specified by engr-in- charge. Make: Anchor/KEI/Polycab

Supply only HT tape with silicon adheshive having high thermal resistance fire resistant type complying relevant IS code, 4 cm width & 10 mtr length all as directed and specified by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for painting of LT poles 9 mtr with synthetic enamel paint upto 2 mtr height with black and white paints with two coats and painting of cross arm/channel/clamp and street light bracket with aluminium paint incl making good to receive the paint incl base paint strips with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as shown & directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT steel tubular poles of sizes 9 mtr including bracket and other accessories as per site requitrement after preparing/ scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat coat of aluminium paint as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed.

Trimming of Tree Branch, girth not exc. 150 mm around OH Electric Lines and cleaning , removing trimmed Branches from Site(s) and stacking as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Bush cutting / cleaning of grass with proper tools and equipments in various AGE E/M installations(MRS, New MRS, KLP Substation, Receiving substation, Mahar Substation, B Substation) cleaning the bushes & grass below OH line and removal of waste material from the site 50 mtr away and as directed and specified by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n-exc. 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric poles, LT/HT panels, 02 and 04 pole structures etc.

M&L for fencing for transformer/4 or 2 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminium oil painting upto smooth finishining and painting to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be contractor's own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of 4 pole GI/tubular pole structure of any type/size/length including crossarms, pipes and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminium oil painting upto smooth finishining and painting to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be contractor's own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F porcelain insulators of size 75 mm height and 25 mm width for fixing of aluminium and GI strip with suitable nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bakelite insulator sheet of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 12 mm thick for fixing of air termination with suitable nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with "SHUT DOWN DO NOT OPERATE" in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of 20x15cm size

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long with suitable nut, bolts, screws, washers & complete all as specified by Eng-in-Charge.

S and F in replacement polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 200 x 100 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 1.5 Sqmm, single core two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty 20 mm PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation outdoor type CPRI approved loop in loop out feeder pillar box totally enclosed double door weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and powder coating including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, including 4 Nos copper bus bar of 200 Amps with indicating lamps of R,Y,B and MCCB TPN, 415 volt adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 No at incoming side complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Contractor will submit feeder pillar box drawing, CPRI approval certificate of manufacturer before procurement.
