Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301). Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 202) By Mechanical Means Bituminous course Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & 300-1 .The size course material in the mix of earth ordinarily shall not be exceed 75mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305). Land owned /Arranged by the Contractor. Carried earth. Lead upto 5km. Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification. The compaction factor is 0.70. (The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of stone dust.) Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by appropriate mechanical mixure (with controlled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401. For grading-II Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.
