M&L for dismantling of old, rusted and unservieable ducting from existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI Sheet of C&SS rectangular / square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed , including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge of sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg / cum with factory made laminated aluminium vapour barrier the thickness of insulation is 40mm. Including the cleaning of ducting suface area, applying ruber based adhesive CPRX compound, sealing of all the overlaps, securig insulation with nylon/steel strips of 12 mm in a interval of 1.2 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for duct insulation with Cement mixer outside area to protect the ducting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F micro mastic fine filters 5 micro synthetic non woven (washable) polyester media in aluminium housing 18 SWG, efficiency 99.9% of existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of strip heater of 1.5 KW capacity 440 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of front air grill of the ducting for supply air complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling the fire damper to the AHU and S&F of new fire damper at the existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of tarpoline cloth to AHU at the suply air area with proper jip and chain system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to Air handling Unit including greasing to all moving parts, bearings, fans, shaft, motor etc and servicing to air handling unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/Rewinding of motor of capacity 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts by disconnecting the electric supply removing of pully and fan and opening of both end covers taking out Bearings and rotor checking of air gap, checking of rotor field winding, replacement of bearing, greasing of bearings, reassembling ,replacing rusted nut, bolts, washers, checking and adjusting the alignment, connecting electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair/Rewinding of motor of capacity 10 HP, 3 phase 415 volts by disconnecting the electric supply removing of pully and fan and opening of both end covers taking out Bearings and rotor checking of air gap, checking of rotor field winding, replacement of bearing, greasing of bearings, reassembling ,replacing rusted nut, bolts, washers, checking and adjusting the alignment, connecting electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and re-fixing existing false of size 70sqm ceiling from site to repair the AC ducting without any damage to existing false ceiling, channels and all connecting items with false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair to existing unserviceable/defective PC board from panel carefully with out disturbing the cooling coil and fan motors of AC Plant and taking to workshop for checking/ rectifying fault including replacement of unserviceable IC/ relay/transformers replacement of wiring etc and bring back to to the same location and refixing/ connectioning same including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable AC power contactor upto 16 Amps capacity 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase from the control panel in AC plants including reconnectiong/testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: L&T/BCH/Siemens
