Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Supply and provide tubes GI medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches and fixed on poles of size 80mm dia.

Ditto description all as per serial item No 20 above but 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto description all as per serial item No 20 above but 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto description all as per serial item No 20 above but 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling / with material and , watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;2;4,type B-1, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by SSR Part-I. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

M&L for sub class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Supply, install, connect & testing cubical outdoor type factory made double door , powder coated LT bus bar feeder pillar box for 150 amps 3ph and neutral arrangement of size 500mmx500mmx200mm complete weather proof and verminproof conforming to IP-54 made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet including provisions for ventilation and cable termination alley all as per IS. It should be mounted on 40 x40 x 6mm angle frame with a clearance of at least 0.45mtrs above GL and 0.30mtrs below ground including required PCC for foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-LT Panel/ LT feeder box must be approved by CPRI.)
