Repair and Renovation of ASP (Crime) office at Police Headquarter, Nani Daman.(E-30522)

Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking of serviceable materil as and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(ii) In Cement Mortar.

Dismentling doors, windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats architraves, holdfasts and other attachment etc. complete and stacking them within all lead and lift.(i) Not exceeding 3 Sq.M. in area.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite (Telephonic black only) gang saw cut,mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished,machine cut for kitchen platforms,vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick , 36'' x 36'' in flooring treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand ) finishing with flush pointing in white cement.

Providing & fixing flush door 35mm thick made of chill wood internal core and all four sides covered with 8 mm thick teak wood patti , further fixed to granite / wooden frame with S.S hinges 15 cm size, S.S. handel, mortise lock, stopper, fixing with screws, fevicol, nails etc and fixing 1 mm thick laminates on both side surfaces complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing partition of 12-18 mm thick plywood with wooden frame with 1.00 mm thick laminate on both side.

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.
