Taking down complete of existing water proofing treatment of any description over roof slabs / parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including padding concrete and removing debris all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in levelling / padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall when the concrete is green at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement including using liquid integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane mineral finish 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/sqm having softning point less than 140 degree celcius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/sqcm, side lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm and aluminium paint at 0.10 kg/sqm finished on top complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore pipes and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore pipes and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

GI Tube medium grade fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor of size 15mm bore with all GI fittings and fixing complete all as specified and directed.
