Surface Preparation: Dismantling of Khaprail/Brick tile, Minor cleaning work(Cleaning the surface with wire brush), removal of loose Screed, removal of old treatment, dumping from roof to ground and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex/Pu Sealent and PMM or equavlent filler.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Injection Grouting procedure will be used PU injection (Supply and Apply).

Surface coating with URP with Cement in mix proportion by volume 1:1.5(URP:Cement) application@ 0.25Kg/sqm.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex.

Supplying & grouting the gaps around the pipe / inserts with Home Shield General Purpose Grout/Pu Sealent/PMM or equivalent non-shrinkage grout , a non shrink cementitious waterproof grout. The “Nahani” trap, etc is to be fitted securely in the same manner & the gaps around it to be grouted with non shrink Grout. This shall conform the following standards: ASTM C 109 - 1999 18, ASTM C 1107, Grade C complete as per instructiions. Providing 3 coats of Home Shield PU Roofkoat and 40-50 gms polyester fleece sandwiched between 1st and 2nd coats completely up to the top edge of the pipe etc. complete as per manufacturer's instructions

P&L CPVC Pipes having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply. Including all CPVC plain and brass threaded fitting s, including fixing the pipes with clamps 1m spacing . This includes joining the pipes and fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing the joints etc complete as directed by the engineer incharge. (Approved Makes Price, supreme, finolex). All fitting are included in this item and only lenght of pipe including fitting length will be measured for payment

P&F Ball valve (Brass) 25 mm nominal bore, of approved quality with plastic floats

P&F Brass stop valve with handle ,so as of close the water supply whenever required

Providing and fixing circular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately. P&F Sintex tank 500 Litre Capacity including placing in position (Approved make Diplast,Sintex)

Providing and fixing PTMT extension nipple for water tank pipe, fittings of approved quality and colour.25mm nominal bore, weighing not less than 62 gms. For fixing in PVC / RCC tank, for making necessary connection to the tank.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :25 to 40 mm nominal bore.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Fixing of Ball valve, Brass stop valve & PVC Tank Nipples 25 mm dia, for the above arrangements. All these materials would be supplied by BEL free of cost and the Agency has to provide only labour rates

Fixing motor with 50*30 wood battens

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 15/16 amp switch

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required. 1 or 2 Module (75mmX75mm)
