The Tenderer should be recognized by Chief Inspector ofFactories Bihar for the purpose of certification of liftingmachines, chains, ropes and Lifting tackles & Air receiver tanksof Carriage Repair Work Shop Harnaut ,Dist Nalanda Bihar- 803110 by competent persons as recognized by Chief Inspectorof Factories (C.I.F) Bihar in compliance of The Factories Act,1948 and Bihar Factory Rules ,1950. Valid Competencycertificate from Chief Inspector of Factories Bihar (C.I.F./Bihar)for the subject work should be submitted along with the tenderdocuments failing which the offer would be summarily rejected.

Details of organization. {The tenderer shall clearly specifywhether the tender is submitted on his own (Proprietary Firm) oron behalf of a Partnership Firm / Company / Joint Venture (JV)/Registered Society / Registered Trust / Hindu Undivided Family(HUF) /Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. The tenderer(s)shall enclose the attested copies of the constitution of theirconcern and copy of PAN Card along with their tender. TenderDocuments in such cases are to be signed by such persons asmay be legally competent to sign them on behalf of the firm,company, association, trust, or society, as the case may be}.

The tenderer whether sole proprietor / a company or apartnership firm/registered society /registered trust / HUF / LLPetc if they want to act through agent or individual partner(s),should submit along with the tender, a copy of power of attorneyduly stamped and authenticated by a Notary Public or byMagistrate in favour of the specific person whether he/they bepartner(s) of the firm or any other person, specificallyauthorizing him/them to sign the tender, submit the tender andfurther to deal with the Tender/ Contract up to the stage ofsigning the agreement except in case where such specificperson is authorized for above purposes through a provisionmade in the partnership deed / Memorandum of Understanding /Article of Association/Board resolution, failing which tender shallbe summarily rejected.

In case of other than Company/Proprietary firm, Annexure- V(A)of GCC shall be submitted by the each member of a Partnershipfirm/ Joint Venture(JV)/ Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/LimitedLiability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be. Nonsubmissionof above certificate(s) by the bidder shall result insummarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorilyincumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit thesupporting documents duly self -attested/ digitally signed bywhich they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned inthe Tender Document. (GCC- April-2022 with upto datecorrection slips).

Scanned copy of payment receipt of Bid Security (EMD)submission. Documentary proof must be submitted by tendererin case of exemption claimed for Bid Security
