Demolition of RCC of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, including Add if built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish n. exc. 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases in brick walls , pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar an removal of debris out side MD landcomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brickwork using subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 (Except Brick) complete and all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan half brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete and all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,fascia, troughs and similar, items in cluding edges,including stagging and scafolding up to 10 mtr heights, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas, facia etc shelves and the like, at any height, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Expanded metal N exc 4kg , cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work, concrete, R.C.C. Surfaces on mumty , parapet or similar surfaces at any height finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc ,up to height of 12 mtr , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured separetely.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered /un plastered Wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster/un treated surface of wall / coloum, beam, chajja etc. and leveling / edgesing the disturbed surface a thin layer of putty and making smooth by using sand paper applying two coat of exterior acylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) including one coat of ext primer , to be applied using an airless spray machine , complete all as manufacturers' instruction and as directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6), other than faces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc , upto height of 12 Mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of Primer white or tinted complete,to be applied using an airless spray machine, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Roof/Chhajja trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) , fixed with using dead fastern of 150mm long , including distance pieces, cleats etc., specifie and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based wave type coloured steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ -150) as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall/ valley gutters, etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x 25mm mesh of other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Providing and filling epoxy repair mortar ACROPOXY or equivalent in the horizontal construction joints of the RCC wall after making V grooves of size 25mm wide and 12.5mm deep over a primer coat after cleaning the grooves throughly free of all foreign particles including the curing complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing injection pressure grouting with a 40 psi pump in V shaped grooves and on the floor area @ 1Mtr c/c & 1 hole/sqm respectively by drilling holes and fixing aluminium nipples with a quick setting compound Axroset and injecting cement slurry mixed with non-shrink grouting compound Acro Ex & acrylic chemical Acrocrete @ 250 gms & 2kg per bag of cement respectively and finally cutting nipples and plugging holes complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble chipping 5 to 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water (mixed with H2SO4 @ 5% scrubbing and washing shall continue till the stone chipping are sufficiently exposed to its natural colour) to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Forming groove of uniform size 15 x15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered/concrete wall surface and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Dholpur stone 16 to 18mm cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exc 0.25 sqm area and exc 0.5 sqm fixed with and incluing one number ss clamps (grade-202) of flat 30mmx2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastner, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatement over rendering 15mm thick by cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even & fair on brick wall or concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.
