M&L for preparation of old painted surface surfaces of MS pipe of any bore by scrapping the old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post box red and Blue, green colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed .

Removing the existing unserviceable Bib taps and Supply and Fix Bib tap of size 15 mm dia standard of PTMT any colour and high pressure screwed for iron pipe and all as specified and directed. Make:- PRAYAG or its equivalent

Supply and lay M S Pipes heavy grade of size 150 mm dia with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix LED sign board male/female computerized script CNC laser cuttings letters and Acrylic letters inner water proof Samsung LED with water proof driver, Letter size 36"/24", board side 18'x6' inner iron frame 1" thickness and depth 6" for MES Main Pump House in English letters including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia CI air release valve for pipe lines complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable DOL Starter from panel board after disconnecting electric connection and Supply and Fix DOL Starter suitable for 3 to 7.5 HP, 3Phase, 415Volts, AC, 50Hz and reconnection to existing system and testing complete all as as directed

Taking out unserviceable single phase preventor after disconnecting of electric supply and Supply and Fix Single phase preventor 415Volts, AC, 50Hz suitable for pumpset 3 HP to 10 HP and reconnecting of electric supply and testing complete all as directed Make:- MINILEC/L&T/SIEMENS

Note : The sample piece of the panel should be produced for approval of GE before ordering the same.

Supply and top up the Mixture of 6-14 & 16-30 B S fine Silex complete for pressure multi grade water filters of capacity 45 Cum/hour of Make : ION Exchange multigrade vertical type of working head 35 meters and discharge capacity 12 litrs/sec comprising complete all as directed.

Supply and fix header of size 150 mm MS pipe 5.5 feet long along with 40mm MS threaded Tees-15 Nos and also 40mm nipples one side threaded-15 Nos are fixed, necessary welding work is deemed and 150mm flange is to be welded to the header one side, another side 8 mm thickness dummy MS plate is to be welded complete all as directed.
