Only OEM or OEM authorized dealers should quote. If authorized dealers are quoting, they should attach the Tender specific authorizations letter from OEM for this tender. Else their offers shall be summarily rejected.

Tenderer should submit clear compliance statement for the tendered specification. Clause by clause deviations should be clearly brought out and commented. In case of no deviation, the same specification should be attached with the offer duly signed & stamped. Else their offers shall be summarily rejected.

The tenderer should have been supplied and installed at least 01 No of Mobile Sewage Evacuation Machine to Indian Railways. Necessary documentary proof and satisfactory performance should be enclosed along the tender otherwise the offer will be rejected.

It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN number and corresponding GST rate. Offers with PVC will be summarily rejected.
