REPAIR /REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING AND ALLIED WORKS FOR ZONE I, II, III AND IV AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded (FRLSH) flexible copper conductor cable in and including rigid PVC conduit concealed/PVC surface conduit for one light or one fan point controlled by one switch including one 1.5 Sqmm (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire(green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cutting chases for conduits and making good to wall, floors etc are deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate. (ii) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for fan etc with proper fixing clips all as directed. (iii) Modular sunken box and cover plate will be measured and paid separateley under relevant items.

All as per serial item No 2 here in before but for one 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board.

All as per serial item No 2 here in before but for one 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board with other switches.

All as per serial item No 2 here in before but for bell/buzzers point controlled by one push button on the same board with other inner switches or independent with cable 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring with 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded (FRLSH) flexible copper conductor cable drawn in and including rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade of suitable size including continuous 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLSH) (multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Cutting chases for conduits and making good to wall, floors etc are deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate. (ii) On RCC roof ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surfaces for fan etc with proper fixing clips all as directed. (iii) Modular sunken box and cover plate will be measured and paid separateley under relevant items.

M & L for point wiring for One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed to wall/ceiling with and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
