Construction joint treatment - Providig and Applying rapid setting, cement based water leak plugging morter, of sidsak technologies or equivalent , from the passive side along the groove where leakages or damp patches are present by exposing the construction joints by cutting a V shape groove of depth 20mm with the aid of mechanical tool and subsequently cleaning the exposed surfcace with water jet spary so as to be free from dust, loose particles etc. and achieve SSd (Saturated surface dry ) condition follwed by providing and applying free flow, high strength non shrink cementitious precision grout along with latex acrylic polymer based bonding aid with waterproofing properties, as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Providing plaster on vertical and horizontal RCC substrate - Providng applying single component crystalline cementitious material of Sidsak technologies or equivalent, from the passive side in two coasts, that can penetrate old and new concrete to resist hydrostatic pressure, at a proprtion of 0.75 kg per sqm per coat, at interval of about an hour between the coats surfaces to be moistened prior to application of each of the coats and covering 2 years guarantee against leakproofness on court fee stamp paper of Rs, 500/- including ponding test etc as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and applying final coat of DW2 Magma Immersion Grade two coats by mixing (BELZONA) solidifier with base material as per detail specifications and as directed by engineer in charge etc. complete.

Removing of vinyl sheets , epoxy paints substrate by cleaning the surface so as to ensure that the substrate is free from dust, loose particles etc. Providing and application of SS75 a UV resistant next generation water / liquid repellant compound by spray application or by brush or roller. Providing and application of high performance waterproof paint coating in two coats with glossy finsih after appplication of one coat of primer coat.

Providing and fixing chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) Pipes, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step solvent cement trenching, refilling/fixing on walls with clamps & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
